Please update EVP delivery or despatch date. If you are not understand the below query please never execute in live server.
If you can understand the below query, you should take backup of the Ecounter Database then execute.
USE ECounter
UPDATE BOEVPs
SET deliveryordespatchdate = Tdate, status = 'DEL'
WHERE deliveryordespatchdate is null and Tdate < '2017-06-03 00:00:00.000'
